Waxed dental floss provided with a mild fluoride addition.
Take approximately 45 centimetres of dental floss and wrap the ends loosely around your middle fingers. Pull the thread taut and guide it carefully between your teeth. Move the thread with a gentle, C-shaped motion along the side of each tooth, just below the gum line. Use a clean piece of thread for each tooth.
