How it works
Elastomull haft combines a specific weaving technique with an impregnation of micro-droplets of natural rubber latex. This creates a fixation bandage that adheres to itself, which significantly simplifies the application of complicated dressings on arms, legs, or fingers. Due to the use of polyamide, the stretchability is maintained even during prolonged use. The open-mesh structure and the high content of natural fibres such as cotton and viscose ensure that the bandage feels soft and is comfortable to wear, while the risk of venous congestion is minimised when applied correctly.

Use & Dosage
Suitable for the fixation of dressings and splints, particularly on curved and moving body parts, such as arms, legs, fingers, toes, head, neck, and torso. Can also be used as an anti-slip layer under compression bandages or as a light compression and support bandage. To prevent venous congestion, it is preferred not to apply the bandage under tension. It is easier to unroll the bandage turn by turn before securing the dressing.
