Fixing a dressing on mobile body parts such as joints or limbs can be a daily challenge. A bandage that constantly slips or is too tight not only hinders your freedom of movement but can also disrupt blood circulation and cause discomfort. Elastomull cohesive fixation bandage offers the reliable support you are looking for by combining reliable adhesion with high elasticity, so you can continue to move unhindered while your dressing stays in the right place.
- Self-adhesive properties due to latex impregnation ensure that the bandage sticks to itself and not to your skin or hair, which makes changing it more comfortable.
- The longitudinal stretch of approximately 50% ensures an excellent fit on curved body parts without restricting natural movement.
- An open weave structure with a high cotton and viscose content promotes skin ventilation, which contributes to a healthy skin climate during wear.
- The anti-slip layer prevents slipping, meaning you can suffice with a minimal overlap and need less material for a secure fixation.
How it works
Elastomull Haft distinguishes itself through the unique weaving technique in combination with micro-droplets of natural rubber latex. This innovative structure ensures that the individual turns of the bandage hook together, creating a stable whole without the need for extra clips or plasters. Thanks to the use of polyamide, the elasticity is maintained even during prolonged use. This supports a secure fixation of splints and dressings in difficult locations such as the neck, torso, or fingers, while the risk of venous congestion is kept to a minimum with correct application.

Use & Dosage
Suitable for the fixation of dressings and splints, particularly on curved and moving body parts, such as arms, legs, fingers, toes, head, neck, and torso. Can also be used as an anti-slip layer under compression bandages or as a light compression and support bandage after the removal of a plaster cast. For application, it is advised to unroll the bandage turn by turn before securing it, to prevent it from being applied under too much tension.
