How it works
The power of Elastomull Haft lies in the micro-droplets of natural rubber latex incorporated into the fabric. These provide a cohesive effect, where the bandage adheres only to itself. As a result, the dressing does not shift, even during intensive movement. The open-weave structure promotes ventilation, which is essential for skin condition under the dressing. Moreover, the material is sterilizable, which offers extra security for medical applications.

Use & Dosage
Suitable for the fixation of dressings and splints, particularly on curved and moving body parts, such as arms, legs, fingers, toes, head, neck, and torso as an anti-slip layer under compression bandages as a light compression and support bandage, for example after the removal of a plaster cast. To prevent venous congestion, it is preferred not to apply the bandage under tension. It is therefore easier to unroll the bandage turn by turn before securing the dressing.
