How it works
Elastomull Haft combines cotton, viscose, and polyamide with a special latex impregnation. This technique ensures that the layers hook onto each other, meaning no extra plasters or clips are needed to secure the dressing. The elasticity is maintained even after prolonged use, which is essential for supporting active body parts. The bandage can also be sterilised in an autoclave, contributing to responsible medical care.

Use & Dosage
Suitable for the fixation of dressings and splints, particularly on curved and moving body parts, such as arms, legs, fingers, toes, head, neck, and torso as an anti-slip layer under compression bandages as a light compression and support bandage, for example after the removal of a plaster cast. To prevent venous congestion, it is preferred not to apply the bandage under tension. It is therefore easier to unroll the bandage turn by turn before securing the dressing.
