Fixing medical dressings on mobile areas such as fingers, wrists, or the neck requires a solution that offers both stability and flexibility. A bandage that is too tight can restrict movement and hinder blood circulation, while a bandage that is too loose misses its purpose. Elastomull Cohesive Fixation Bandage offers the ideal balance as your trusted partner in health, by combining self-adhesive fixation with high stretchability that adapts to every movement of your body.
- Self-adhesive properties ensure that the bandage sticks firmly to itself without irritating the skin or hair.
- A longitudinal stretch of approximately 50% makes it possible to apply even the most complicated dressings quickly and crease-free.
- The open-weave structure with cotton and viscose is very skin-friendly and allows the skin to breathe optimally for comfortable recovery.
- Durable elasticity ensures that the bandage does not slacken or shift even during prolonged use.
How it works
Elastomull Haft uses an advanced weaving technique where polyamide fibres are combined with an impregnation of micro-droplets of natural rubber latex. This creates a fixation bandage that adheres to itself, meaning you do not need extra aids such as plasters. The high elasticity supports natural freedom of movement and helps prevent venous congestion, as the bandage conforms to the body without constricting. This makes it an essential part of the daily routine for anyone in need of reliable and skin-friendly dressing fixation.
