Ingredients
Magnesium tricitrate, Calcium diphosphate, Potassium chloride, Celtic sea salt, Zinc bisglycinate.
Use & Dosage
Dissolve half a teaspoon (approx. 3.5 g) in 250 ml of cold water, juice or shake. For intensive exercise, the dosage can be increased to 2 teaspoons (approx. 7 g) in 500 ml.
Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved. Contains a silica sachet! Leave it in the packaging until it is empty. Note: close the packaging well.
