Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml of water. Preferably consume within 30 minutes after training. Follow this with a protein and carbohydrate-rich meal. On an intensive training day, the dosage can be increased to a maximum of 2 sachets per day. Also suitable for rest days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
