Use & Dosage

Wash the brace before first use. After each use, clean the silicone strips with water and soap to maintain grip on the skin. Suitable for machine washing at 30 degrees. Let the brace air dry and avoid direct heat sources such as a radiator or iron. Do not use the brace while lying down or sitting for long periods.
