Apply the lotion in the evening before going to sleep to clean, dry, and non-irritated underarm skin. Dab the lotion lightly onto the skin with a cotton pad; do not rub. Let the product dry well. Wash the underarms normally the next morning with water and soap. Use the lotion 2 to 3 times a week, or as needed.
