Composition

Composition per daily dose of 1 liquid cap:		% RI*
Lemon balm	80 mg
Vitamin B12	1.25 mcg	50%
Melatonin	0.2 mg
*RI = Reference Intake

Ingredients
Vegetable oil (rapeseed), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), humectant (sorbitols, glycerol), modified starch, gelling agent (carrageenan), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins), water, colour (riboflavins), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), melatonin, stabiliser (sodium carbonates).

Usage
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before going to sleep.
Swallow the capsule whole with, for example, water.
Preferably maintain a fixed time.

Use is not recommended for children under 18 years of age, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, liver or kidney problems, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and when taking blood pressure medication.
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and keep the product out of reach of children.

Storage instructions
Store the product in a dark, dry environment not above 25°C.
