Vegetable oil (rapeseed), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), humectant (sorbitols, glycerol), modified starch, gelling agent (carrageenan), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins), water, colour (riboflavins), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), melatonin, stabiliser (sodium carbonates).
Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime. Swallow the capsule whole with, for example, water. Preferably keep to a fixed time.
