Usage & Dosage

First week 2 x 1 capsule half an hour before a meal, from the 2nd week 2 x 2 capsules. After taking the 60 capsules, take a 1-month break before using again. Take no later than 5 hours before bedtime.

Green tea: Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Ashwagandha: Be careful when using thyroid medication.
