Use & Dosage

Insert the Ferti Lily conception cup after intercourse. Turn the cup inside out, insert it carefully, and push the bottom back up so that the cup fits over the cervix. Leave the cup in place for 20 to a maximum of 60 minutes. Then remove the cup gently, wash it thoroughly with warm water and mild soap, and store it dry for the next use.
