How it works
Fexofenadine hydrochloride is an antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine in the body. Histamine is the substance responsible for the typical allergy symptoms upon contact with pollen or other allergens. By inhibiting this reaction, the medicine helps to reduce inflammatory-like symptoms in the nose and eyes, without you having to take a tablet several times a day.
