Ingredients
Gluten-free WHEAT starch (max 2 mg gluten/100 g), sunflower seeds, roasted whole buckwheat, sugar beet fibres, crushed psyllium seeds, dried yeast, oligofructose, salt, carob flour.

Usage
Fibre bread recipe
Add yourself:
450 ml lukewarm water (37°C)
500 g Finax High-fibre bread mix
Preparation:
1. Pour the water into a mixing bowl.
2. Weigh the mix and add it.
3. Knead the dough firmly for approx. 5 mins with a mixer.
4. Pour the dough into a greased loaf tin of approx. 1.5l.
5. Let the bread rise for approx. 45 mins under a cloth.
6. Bake for approx. 40 mins at 200°C in the bottom of the oven.
7. Allow to cool under a cloth.
Storage
Store in a dry place, not above normal room temperature, away from products with a strong odour.
