Ingredients
The active substances in this medicine are: paracetamol 500 mg and caffeine 50 mg. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose (E460), sodium stearate (E470A), colloidal anhydrous silica (E551), aluminium oxide, sodium starch glycolate, pregelatinised (modified) maize starch and maize starch.
Use & Dosage
The usual dosage is as follows:
Adults and children from 15 years: 1 to 2 tablets per time, maximum 6 tablets per 24 hours.
Children aged 12 to 15 years: 1 tablet per time, 4 - 6 times per 24 hours.
Children aged 9 to 12 years: 1 tablet per time, 3 - 4 times per 24 hours.
Children aged 6 to 9 years: ½ tablet per time, 4 - 6 times per 24 hours.
The lower administration frequency is intended for children at the lower end of the relevant age category. The tablets must not be administered more often than every 4 hours. When symptoms (fever and pain) return, administration may only be repeated after 4 hours. Maintain 4-hour intervals. Swallow with plenty of water. Do not use for longer than 14 days without advice from a doctor. Pay attention to the maximum daily dosage.

Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Excessive use can lead to liver and kidney problems. Long-term use for headaches can actually cause headaches. Stop immediately if you develop a skin rash or mouth sores and consult a doctor. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not preferred; always consult your doctor first. Do not combine with alcohol or other paracetamol-containing products. In case of excessive alcohol consumption, use a maximum of 2 grams of paracetamol per day.
