Finimal (RVG 06448 AV) is an analgesic and antipyretic containing 500 mg paracetamol and 50 mg caffeine. It relieves discomfort from headaches, fever, and pain associated with flu, colds, post-vaccination, toothache, neuralgia, lumbago, muscle pain, or period pain.

Always read the leaflet before use. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any ingredients, consume excessive alcohol, or are taking other paracetamol-containing medications. Avoid overdose; this can cause liver or kidney problems. Long-term use for headaches can cause medication-overuse headaches. Stop use immediately if a skin rash occurs and consult a doctor. If pregnant or breastfeeding: consult your doctor; use for the shortest time and at the lowest effective dose possible. Consult a doctor if pain or fever persists after 5 days.

Dosage:
Adults and children aged 15 and over: 1-2 tablets (maximum 6 per 24 hours).
Children 12-15 years: 1 tablet (maximum 4-6 times per day).
Children 9-12 years: 1 tablet (maximum 3-4 times per day).
Children 6-9 years: ½ tablet (maximum 4-6 times per day).
Maintain at least a 4-hour interval between doses. Swallow tablets with water. Do not use for more than 14 days without medical advice.
