Ingredients
FISH oil (FISH), capsule shell (bovine gelatin, gelling agent (glycerin), purified water), D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate.
Usage & Dosage
As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water. This recommended amount may also be taken at once. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day.
