Ingredients

WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (milk), dextrose, CALCIUM CASEINATE (milk), glucose syrup, EGG PROTEIN (egg), fructose, fructo-oligosaccharides, isomaltulose, strawberry flavouring, xanthan gum (thickener), vitamins: l-ascorbic acid, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium-d-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, biotin.

Use & Dosage

Use 2 shakes per day, one hour before and immediately after training. To do this, dissolve 5 scoops of Power & Recovery i in a glass/shaker with 250 ml of milk or water. Stir/shake vigorously and the shake is ready. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. After opening, use within a maximum of 6 weeks, provided it is stored in a dark, dry and cool place.
