Ingredients

WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (milk), dextrose, CALCIUM CASEINATE (milk), glucose syrup, EGG PROTEIN (egg), fructose, fructo-oligosaccharides, isomaltulose, vanilla flavouring, xanthan gum (thickener), vitamins: L-ascorbic acid, Dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, Calcium-D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, biotin.

Usage & Dosage

Use 2 shakes per day, one hour before and immediately after training. To do this, dissolve 5 measuring scoops of Power & Recovery I in a glass/shaker cup with 250 ml of milk or water. Stir or shake vigorously and the shake is ready for consumption. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
