Usage & Dosage
Use 1 shake after training and 1 shake 1 hour before going to sleep. To do this, dissolve 5 measuring scoops (approx. 50 grams) of Protein 85 i in a glass/shaker cup with 300 ml of milk or water. Stir/shake vigorously and it is ready. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
