Ingredients

Usage & Dosage

Use 3 shakes per day, immediately after training, before sleeping and/or one between meals. Dissolve 4 scoops (approximately 33.3 grams) in a glass or shaker with 250 ml of milk or water. Stir or shake vigorously and it is ready. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
