Wound healing can be a slow and uncertain process, especially when a wound releases moderate to high amounts of fluid. Without proper care, the wound environment can dry out or become too moist, which slows recovery and causes discomfort. Flaminal Forte offers the support your skin needs by creating an optimal moist wound environment, so you can work with confidence towards a speedy recovery for the whole family.
- Maintains a moist wound environment to support natural healing and limit crust formation.
- Ensures continuous wound cleaning, effectively removing impurities without damaging the tissue.
- Offers active antimicrobial protection thanks to a specialised enzyme system that keeps the wound clean.
- Skin-friendly and hypoallergenic design, making the gel safe for sensitive skin cells and long-term use.
How it works
Flaminal Forte distinguishes itself as a hydroactive colloidal gel that combines alginates with an enzyme system. This composition has been specifically developed for moderately to heavily exuding (weeping) wounds. The alginates absorb excess wound fluid while the enzyme system protects against unwanted microorganisms. As your trusted health partner, VitAdvice offers a solution that combines scientific knowledge with ease of use, which is essential for a responsible daily routine in wound care.

Use & Dosage
Apply Flaminal Forte 2 to 3 times a day with a light massage. Allow to absorb. Applying and changing the dressing is easy and painless. You do it as follows: First clean and rinse the wound (e.g. with Flamirins). Gently pat dry. Cover the wound bed completely with the gel. You fix it with a final dressing depending on the nature of the wound: for a dry wound, use a transparent film (polyurethane) or paraffin gauze with a bandage; for little exudate, a non-woven gauze compress with a bandage or adhesive plaster; for more exudate, an absorbent non-adhesive compress with a bandage or adhesive plaster.
