Use & Dosage
Use Bluem Fluoride-Free Toothpaste at least twice a day as a replacement for your regular toothpaste. Brush teeth and gums carefully for at least two minutes with a soft toothbrush. After brushing, do not rinse the mouth excessively with water immediately, so that the active ingredients can continue to do their work optimally.
