How it works
The Shush Focus earplugs use an advanced ceramic filter made of zirconium oxide. The specific venturi shape of this filter ensures reliable attenuation with minimal deviation. Use & Dosage
Check before use that the Shush earplugs are clean. Shush earplugs are supplied in one universal size and there is no difference between left and right.
Insertion:
1. Hold the Shush earplugs by the stem. Use the hand on the same side as the ear you want to insert the earplug into.
2. Use your other hand to pull the top of the ear cup slightly diagonally upwards so that the ear canal is better opened.
3. Slide the earplugs carefully into the ear canal in an upward motion.
4. Release the ear cup and push the earplug in a little further if necessary until it seals comfortably enough.
SHUSH earplugs protect best when you put them in before you enter the environment or room with too much noise. Then wear them without interruption and only take them out of your ears when you have left the environment or room with too much noise.
Removal:
Twist the earplug or move your ear cup backwards. This ensures that the earplug comes loose slightly and you can easily remove the earplug from the ear.
Safety & Disclaimer
• SHUSH earplugs only protect optimally when they are inserted correctly and kept clean. Make sure you follow the steps in these instructions for use carefully.
• Do not remove the filter from the SHUSH earplugs. Without a filter, your hearing is not protected.
• Do not use in an inflamed ear.
• After use, always remove the earplugs from your ears in a slow motion. Pulling the earplugs out of your ear too hard or too quickly can damage the eardrum.
• Do not swallow. Not for internal use, except in the ear canal.
• Keep out of reach of children due to the risk of choking/suffocation.
• If the material of SHUSH earplugs tears or breaks, it should no longer be used because it may no longer seal your ear properly. The earplug must then be replaced as soon as possible.
• Contact with certain chemical substances can cause the earplugs to weather faster. Therefore, make sure you always store them clean and dry in the supplied aluminium storage tube.
• If the instructions for use are not followed correctly, the protective effect can be negatively affected.
• Hearing protection must be worn without interruption in environments with too much noise.
