Use & Dosage

Initially 1-2 tablets per day (=24 hours). Then a maintenance dose of ½-1 tablet per day. Maximum 2 tablets per day. Take with a glass of water spread throughout the day, preferably between meals. From at least 4 weeks before pregnancy until 8 weeks after the start of pregnancy, take 1 tablet daily. Do not use for longer than 14 days without consulting a doctor when supplementing a folic acid deficiency (anaemia) or for the prevention of a folic acid deficiency in the body.
