Usage & Dosage

Dissolve the contents of one level scoop (22 grams) in 200-300 ml of water, skimmed milk or skimmed yoghurt. Preferably take two shakes per day (for example, one in the morning and one in the early afternoon).

Green tea:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
