How it works

The Futuro Adjustable Ankle Support combines mechanical stabilisation with custom-adjustable compression. The built-in side stabilisers limit lateral movements that can lead to sprains, while the flexible straps support the natural hollow of the arch. Use & Dosage

Open all hook-and-loop fasteners and slide the foot into the stabiliser. Apply the top strap through the buckle, pull and fasten. The fit should feel firm but comfortable. Pull the left foot strap over the foot and attach the hook fastener to the opposite side of the ankle stabiliser. Follow the same procedure for the right foot strap. Adjust both straps until the fit around the bottom of the foot feels firm but comfortable.
