Usage & Dosage

Take 30 - 40 drops with some liquid three to four times a day. Children under 12 years of age: 20 drops three times a day. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, use only on the advice of an expert. Preferably take the drops half an hour before or at least an hour after a meal. The drops can be taken undiluted or mixed with a small amount of water, herbal tea, or fruit juice.
