How it works
The gel contains lidocaine hydrochloride, a proven substance for local anaesthesia. Upon contact with the mucous membrane, it temporarily blocks pain signals in the nerves, causing pain perception to decrease immediately. The carefully formulated gel structure ensures that the active ingredient remains well in place for optimal effect during short-term treatments.

Lidocaine hydrochloride, benzalkonium chloride, bitter fennel fruit oil, glycerol (E422), guar galactomannan (E412), partially dementholised mint oil, liquid paraffin, peppermint oil, sodium saccharin (E954), colloidal anhydrous silica (E551), star anise oil, thymol, white soft paraffin (E905), purified water.
Use & Dosage
Apply to the painful areas of the gums and/or oral mucosa and rub the gel in gently. For new (partial) dentures or braces, apply a thin layer to the affected areas. Adults and adolescents up to 18 years: a pea-sized amount (approx. 0.2 g of gel) 4-8 times per day. Children from 6 years of age: a maximum of 4 times per day, a pea-sized amount. If there is no improvement after 2 days of use, consult a doctor.
Safety & Disclaimer
Do not use if you are allergic to lidocaine, amide-type agents, or any of the excipients. Be careful with hot drinks or food within 45 minutes of application to prevent choking, biting, or burning. During pregnancy: must NOT be used, unless on strict advice of a doctor. During breastfeeding: may be used. Pay attention to the maximum daily dosage. Read the leaflet before use.
