Use & Dosage

Before first use and after each menstrual period, boil the cup for 5 to 10 minutes in plenty of water. Wash your hands thoroughly before inserting and removing. Fold the cup according to the instructions in the manual and insert it. Empty the cup at least every 12 hours, rinse it clean with water and mild soap, and reinsert.
