How it works
The Sleep Plug distinguishes itself by its softness and high attenuation value. The material is designed to expand slowly after insertion, completely sealing the ear canal without causing uncomfortable pressure points. This supports a natural sleep environment, which fits perfectly within a healthy lifestyle focused on recovery and well-being. As part of your daily routine, these earplugs contribute to the necessary rest that your body and mind need.

Usage & Dosage
With clean hands, roll the entire earplug into the thinnest possible crease-free cylinder. Reach over your head with your free hand and pull the top of your ear upwards and backwards, then insert the earplug properly into the ear canal. Hold the earplug in place for 40 seconds until it has fully expanded in the ear canal. Remove the earplug slowly with a twisting motion. Use the earplug only a few times. Store in a dry and clean place before and after use.
