For comfortable insertion, various folding techniques are available:
Heart fold: Flatten the menstrual cup and fold both sides towards each other.
Half-moon fold: Press the rim inwards and downwards simultaneously with your thumb. This folding technique helps the cup unfold better after insertion.
Punch-down fold: Flatten the menstrual cup and push one side diagonally downwards.
S-fold: Flatten the menstrual cup and fold the two ends together in a zigzag so that the finished shape resembles the letter S.
