How it works
The Finax Gluten-Free Oat Bread Mix has been developed with both taste and functionality in mind. Gluten-free baking requires the right balance between ingredients to achieve the desired elasticity and moisture retention. Through the unique combination of gluten-free wheat starch, oat flakes and crushed psyllium seeds, a dough is created during kneading that rises well and retains its shape. The gluten-free sourdough powder based on rice flour gives the bread a mild, authentic taste that is characteristic of artisanally baked bread. This provides a responsible and tasty alternative that fits seamlessly into an active and healthy lifestyle.
