Oat Bread Mix Recipe
You will need to add:
450g Finax Oat Bread Mix
400ml lukewarm water (37°C)
Preparation:
- Pour the mix into a mixing bowl.
- Add water.
- Knead the dough for approximately 5 minutes using a mixer with dough hooks.
- Place the dough on a bread board dusted with (gluten-free) flour, cover your hands with flour, and shape an even loaf without cracks. Brush off any excess flour from the loaf.
