Maintaining a strict gluten-free diet can significantly limit your choices during family meals. Missing out on familiar dishes like wraps and tacos can sometimes create a feeling of exclusion at the dinner table. Old El Paso Gluten-free Tortillas with Quinoa and Amaranth offer a tasty and responsible alternative, allowing everyone at the table to enjoy a delicious, nutritious meal without worry.
These gluten-free tortillas are carefully composed based on tapioca starch and white masa corn flour, supplemented with the nutritious properties of quinoa and amaranth flour. Thanks to the addition of plant-based stabilisers, the tortillas retain their flexibility, meaning they do not break easily when rolling or folding. They form an excellent, fibre-rich base for a healthy meal full of fresh vegetables and lean proteins.
