Ingredients
L-Lysine Hydrochloride, Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate and Cellulose), Iron (Bisglycinate), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).
Usage
Take 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised by a professional. Use only water or fruit juice to swallow the tablets; avoid milk or other protein drinks. For best results: swallow the tablet whole, half an hour to 1 hour before a meal or on an empty stomach. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. This product contains iron which can be harmful if taken in excess by very young children.
