Ingredients
Inulin, magnesium citrate, flavouring: natural fructose, marine magnesium, magnesium carbonate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium carbonate, lemon flavour, magnesium pidolate, sweeteners: sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia, colour: vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

Directions for Use
1 to 2 sticks per day, well before or after a meal. Take the contents of the stick directly into your mouth, possibly in two parts, without water. The powder will melt away within moments.
In high doses, magnesium may have a laxative effect.

Storage Advice
Store in a cool, dry place.
