Usage
Unless otherwise indicated by an advisor, therapist, or doctor, the following dosages apply:

• Add 3 drops from each stock bottle to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this mixture under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking them with meals is a helpful reminder. The drops can also be mixed into food or a drink (for animals, toddlers, or the ill). To preserve the mixture, you can add 1 teaspoon of cognac to the 30ml pipette bottle. Do not touch your tongue with the pipette to prevent mould growth.
• Alternatively, add 2 drops of each remedy to a glass of water and sip throughout the day for as long as needed.
• Or carry the bottle with you throughout the day.
• At night, you can also place the bottle under your pillow or on your bedside table.
