Composition per daily dose of 2 capsules:

• Herbs:
  • Griffonia simplicifolia extr. 25%: 200 mg

Ingredients: Griffonia simplicifolia, Passiflora incarnata, L-tryptophan, Inositol, Niacin, vegetarian cellulose capsule, silicon dioxide.

Directions: Take 2 capsules half an hour before bed, preferably with fruit juice. The maximum dosage is 4 capsules unless otherwise advised. Do not use for children under 4 years of age, during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in combination with pharmaceutical antidepressants, for heart complaints, or in combination with migraine medication.
