Usage
Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

• Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking them with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into food or a drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). To preserve, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould may grow in the bottle. This should be avoided.
• Or 2 drops of each remedy in a glass of water and drink this throughout the day for as long as necessary.
• Or you can carry the bottle with you during the day.
• For the night, you can also place the bottle under your pillow or on the bedside table.
