Usage
For binding and thickening food.

For direct consumption: add to warm water, 30 minutes for fibre-rich preparations, 2-3 hours for gel-like preparations.

For thickening: stir into boiling water and cook for 4 minutes until dissolved. Gelling occurs upon cooling and maintains its texture at room temperature.
