Usage
Soak the coco beans overnight, then bring to the boil for two minutes and drain the water. Simmer for 40-60 minutes on a low heat in fresh water with herbs and kombu seaweed. These beans can be served cold in a salad with fresh vegetables and spices or hot in stews.

Store in a dark, dry place at a moderate temperature.
