Use & Dosage

For crunchy lentils: bring 1 portion of prepared lentils to the boil in a pan with 2 volumes of salted water. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 minutes. To prepare a dahl: boil 1 portion of prepared lentils in volumes of water under a lid for 10 minutes. Stir thoroughly at the end of preparation.
