Usage
Add 1 part bulgur to 2 parts water. Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer on a low heat until all the water is absorbed (approximately 10 minutes). At the end of the cooking process, remove from the heat and leave to rest for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Season to taste. Delicious served warm as a side dish or cold in a salad.
