Usage
Cook 1 portion of bulgur in 1.5 to 2 volumes of water. Bring back to the boil, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Season to taste. Can be served as a warm side dish or cold in a salad.
