Use
One possible option is to drink our tea powders according to the following traditional preparation:

Bring fresh, preferably soft (low mineral) water to the boil. Allow the water to cool to approximately 80°C (for example, by opening the kettle and waiting 10 minutes, or by pouring the water into another jug 4-5 times, as the water cools each time it is poured). Place 1 to 2g of tea powder (2 bamboo scoops or ½ teaspoon, to taste) in a small bowl and pour over the water (70-100 ml). Whisk the tea for approximately 15 seconds with a bamboo whisk until it becomes a frothy liquid.

This is not the only way to enjoy our tea powders. Try your Matcha as they do in Japan: pure with ice-cold water or "on the rocks". The possibilities are endless. You can add it to your favourite smoothie or shake, hot drink, or incorporate it into ice cream, baking, gourmet dishes and even seasonings.
