Usage
Use seaweeds a maximum of 2-3 times per week. Rinse arame thoroughly a few times; soak (approx. 5 minutes); drain; discard the soaking water and, if desired, cook with other vegetables in water (approx. 15 minutes). Season with ginger, garlic, shoyu, and mirin.
