Usage & Dosage

Cook 1 volume of bulgur in 2 volumes of water in a pan with a closed lid for 10 minutes, then add salt to taste and let it soak. Or: add 1 volume of bulgur to 2 volumes of boiling water and let it cook for 10 minutes in a pan with a closed lid. Add salt to taste and let the bulgur soak. Delicious to eat hot or as a side dish with vegetables and legumes.
