Preparation
For soup:
Soak the rice noodles in water for 15 minutes until soft.
Drain and boil water. Stir regularly.
Prepare soup with chicken and stock, meat and vegetables.
Add cooked meat, chicken and vegetables.
Season to taste with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
For stir-frying:
Soak rice noodles in water for 15 minutes until soft.
Drain; the noodles are ready for use.
Stir-fry the rice noodles in the pan, add stir-fry sauce and stir well until cooked.
Add your favourite meat.

Storage
Store in a dry, sealed container.
