Usage

• For soup: Soak rice noodles in water for 15 minutes until soft. Drain and briefly simmer in the soup with chicken, stock, meat, and vegetables. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
• For stir-frying: Soak rice noodles in water for 15 minutes until soft. Drain; they are then ready for use. Stir-fry the noodles in the pan, add stir-fry sauce and your favourite meat or vegetables, and stir well until cooked.
