Usage
The first 5 days are the loading phase. The dosage depends on body weight. Under 65 kg spread throughout the day: 4 x 1 teaspoon. For 65-85 kg spread throughout the day: 5 x 1 teaspoon. Over 85 kg spread throughout the day: 6 x 1 teaspoon. After the loading phase: 1 teaspoon in the morning and 1 teaspoon in the evening. For best results, do not mix creatine with caffeine, protein shakes, or other meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for persons under 16 years of age.

Preparation of the dose:
Mix 1 teaspoon ± 2 grams in 200 ml of water or fruit juice.
